  • 3 cups tightly packed child spinach leaves
  • ½ cup sliced avocados
  • 1 small blood orange, sectioned, or a drained 11-oz. can mandarin oranges, or 1 sectioned navel orange
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 Tablespoons orange juice or ardour fruit juice
  • 2 Tablespoons pecan halves or slivered almonds, toasted
  • ¼ cup Kraft Catalina Dressing
  1. In a medium bowl, toss the avocados with the orange and lemon juice.
  2. Add the spinach leaves, blood orange and Catalina dressing, mixing flippantly.
  3. Spoon onto 2 plates and prime with the toasted nuts.
