  • 4 cups child arugula leaves
  • 4 cups child spinach leaves

  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • ⅓ cup canola mayonnaise

  • 2 Tbsp. water
  1. In a big bowl, mix half of the Parmesan cheese with the mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, pepper and water; stir till properly blended.
  2. Add the arugula, spinach and half of the turnip, tossing properly to coat.
  3. Sprinkle with the remaining turnip and cheese. Serve.
