These candy potatoes are incredible! When you love candy potatoes you’ll undoubtedly fall in love with this crispy snack and the accompanying sauce; it caramelizes barely on the grill and is deliciously sticky and candy.

  • 1 lb. candy potatoes, peeled and lower into ¼-inch-thick slices
  • 3 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. pink wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1⁄2 tsp. recent floor pepper
  • 1 tsp. yellow mustard
  1. Spray the grill rack with some nonstick spray and put together the grill for medium-hot hearth.
  2. In a small bowl, ombine the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, vinegar and pepper; combine nicely.
  3. Brush the potato slices with the ketchup combination on each side.
  4. Grill the potatoes about 5 inches from warmth, turning incessantly and brushing with the remaining ketchup combination, for about 8 minutes (till browned on the skin and tender when pierced with a barbecue fork).
