I’ve been seeing just a few recipes on YouTube for making a Korean Cucumber Salad and thought it sounded tasty, so I wished to strive making one myself.

If you cannot inform by now, I LOVE Korean spices like Gochugaru and Gochujang. I only recently made a Gochujang Salad Dressing that has develop into my new favourite sauce to pour over potatoes, together with my selfmade Kimchi.

A lot of the recipes I discovered used sesame oil and sugar, so I made this model fully oil-free. And as a substitute of sugar, I added some apple slices for sweetness.

BTW – “Oi” means ‘cucumber’ in Korean, and “Muchim” means ‘seasoned’.
