Two minutes into “King of the Fells: Joss Naylor, the Shepherd with an Unbeatable Working File,” we discover an unfamiliar scene for a working movie — the point-of-view of a passenger in a loud Nineteen Seventies rally automotive, zooming alongside nation roads.
