This meal-in-a-bowl is filled with ginger, garlic, broccoli, snow peas, and tofu. Serve over your favourite rice or quinoa.
What you want:
½ cup brown rice
⅛ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon recent ginger, peeled and finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
