  • 1⁄2 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
  • ⅔ cup uncooked hulled sunflower seeds
  • ⅔ cup dried cranberries or ⅔ cup raisins
  • 1⁄2 cup honey
  • 1 1⁄2 cups Cheerios toasted oat cereal
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1⁄3 cup instantaneous non-fat powdered milk
  1. Mix the honey, peanut butter, lemon juice and powdered milk in a big bowl; combine properly.
  2. Add the dried cranberries, cereal and sunflower seeds; stir properly.
  3. Have a small bowl of water readily available.
  4. Moistening your fingers as wanted, roll the cereal combination into balls.
  5. Set on wax paper for about half-hour (till the outsides really feel dry to the contact).
  6. Retailer in an hermetic container at room temperature for as much as 4 days.
