- 4 cups child arugula leaves
- 4 cups child spinach leaves

- ⅓ cup canola mayonnaise

- In a big bowl, mix half of the Parmesan cheese with the mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, pepper and water; stir till properly blended.
- Add the arugula, spinach and half of the turnip, tossing properly to coat.
- Sprinkle with the remaining turnip and cheese. Serve.
